Bone or horn Handle Carbon steel Fixed Čepel Hunting Knife — TK-FB-0526

We control timelines using a fixed structure: confirmed PI → production window → QC/packing → export documents → transit. For repeat orders, we keep Košíkon configuration and SKU structure consistent to reduce variance.

• Transit time is counted after production completion.
• Before payment, we confirm the recommended route based on destination + Košíkon volume.
• We update key milestones (dispatch / departure / clearance / final delivery).

DDP (Delivered Duty Zaplaceno) means we arrange the logistics plan that covers freight + customs clearance + duties/taxes + final delivery to your specified address. “DDP stability” means you get one landed-cost plan and reduced importer-side workload.

• Vhodné pro: repeat wholesale buyers who need predictable arrival windows.
• We select DDP routing based on destination and Košíkon volume to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Final schedule and terms are written on the PI before payment.

Yes. We can ship to FBA or 3PL addresses as long as you provide exact receiving rules in advance (label format, Košíkon limits, appointment requirements, etc.).

• We can follow buyer-provided Košíkon rules (case pack, labels, outer marks).
• To keep timelines stable, we prefer fixed Košíkon counts on repeat orders.

Delays can happen due to inspections, port congestion, weather, or carrier scheduling. Our approach is early detection + milestone updates, and we keep the execution path documented.

• We provide tracking milestones and notify you when status changes.
• DDP shipments follow the agreed delivery plan; non-DDP shipments follow the buyer’s clearance setup.

Repeatability is controlled by locking the commercial structure: confirmed SKU list + fixed Košíkon configuration + confirmed marks/labels. We recommend buyers keep the same packing plan to reduce rework.

• Same SKU + same packing = faster PI confirmation and fewer timeline risks.
• If you change conditions frequently, your schedule becomes less predictable.

For wholesale, we don’t run on retail dispatch language. What we commit to is PI confirmation speed and production scheduling clarity. Once PI and packing details are confirmed, we move into execution.

Yes — we support logo marking and private label packaging when the request is within an existing product structure. To keep timeline stable, we confirm: logo file + placement + packing style + quantity before PI.

• Private label projects typically require a confirmed production window.
• For timeline control, we recommend first order as a controlled test batch.

We support customization, but we don’t position it as “free” because it depends on scope. For timeline reliability, we prioritize structure-based changes (logo, color, packing) over open-ended redesign.

• Fastest: logo/marking + packing changes.
• Slower: structural changes that require new tooling or mechanism adjustments.

Laws vary by country/state/city and can change. The buyer is responsible for confirming local compliance and import requirements.

• We may refuse orders to destinations with clear restrictions.
• For wholesale, compliance should be confirmed before PI.

For wholesale, we handle issues based on batch consistency and clear evidence (photos/videos, defect rate, and SKU). The most predictable after-sales approach is: test batch → confirm stability → scale repeat orders.

• Keep packaging and SKU consistent so issues can be traced.
• Report shipping damage or missing Košíkons within 7 days of delivery.
